  1. ClientLook can do this, but has some other limitations. Ascendix which is built on Salesforce can to an extent, but is very customizable. It’s not as user friendly as ClientLook.

  2. Rethink with Salesforce can do that. Tailored for CRE. Just get good at importing data and matching the fields.

  3. This type of account hierarchy is relatively simple to setup in Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or NetSuite. I found that selecting which one was more a matter of available apps (in your case an outbound dialer and marketing system) and if the system needs to tie into an accounting platform. You could maintain the property as an account, the holding LLC as a sub account, and in your example two contacts with eight numbers tied to one or both of the accounts. The other thought is tracking people as leads until they “convert” into an opportunity where you would then attach them to the correct account.

  4. The dialer “one by one” thing may be to be TCPA compliant. I am a property owner and I get cold called SO MUCH by wholesalers that I’ve started looking into TCPA lawsuits. Not only out of sheer frustration but also since the data brokers will apparently filter out “the litigious.” One thing I have learned is that if they are manually dialing your number, its legal. Once you start using an automated dialer (or ringless voicemail) its illegal.

Of course since you posted this in CRE, it might be totally legal to call business entities with automated dialers. However once you start calling “Bob and Jane” it might start falling back into normal consumer violation territory. Not an attorney or agent and not legal advice.
