I have a shopper with a church and I have a customer who suggests they are intrigued. My customer wants to downsize and theirs needs to upsize. The vendor hasn’t verified he needs this church in unique but the buyer outlined they could swap attributes *at the same time* as an alternative of the standard market then purchase.
Is this common with professional design qualities? He was suggesting the customer could fork out the variance for the greater property’s added price.
Would there be any main dissimilarities in how this is handled vs a regular transaction? I believe the shopper would somewhat just promote and then purchase as it will make the vendor more flexible so I was pondering if there were any benefits in doing it this way.
